Pre-order Terms

MagSnap currently accepts deposits only for the Complete Kit single-unit pre-order, the 12-kit Full Collection pre-order and the approved 100-kit Partner Launch Package pre-order. Immediate in-stock product and accessory purchases are paused.

The single-kit and Full Collection offers are purchase packages. They do not grant Partner appointment, territory or exclusivity. The Partner offer remains subject to application review and final commercial approval.

Single Complete Kit: US$139 total; US$69.50 deposit now and US$69.50 before shipment.

Full Collection — 12 kits: US$1,428 total; US$714 deposit now and US$714 before shipment.

Partner Launch Package — 100 kits: US$11,900 total; US$5,950 deposit now and US$5,950 before shipment, subject to approval and final terms.

The checkout, approved invoice or order document must confirm the amount, currency, recipient, payment method and due dates.

The current production estimate is approximately 2–3 months after the required order conditions are met. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production may depend on component supply, quality control, freight, customs and force-majeure events.

The single-unit offer reserves one MagSnap Complete Kit. The Full Collection reserves 12 Complete Kits covering 3 models × 4 colors. The planned Partner core inventory includes 100 Complete Kits plus the configured Retail Parts Pack.

Final quantities, substitutions and specifications must appear in the accepted checkout, order document or invoice. MagSnap may not make a material change without the process stated there.

Cancellation rights and deposit treatment must be disclosed before payment and are governed by the approved order terms and applicable law. This page does not automatically describe the deposit as non-refundable.

If MagSnap cannot accept or perform the order, the approved terms will state the refund or alternative process.

The remaining balance is due only under the accepted payment schedule and before shipment. Production completion does not itself prove that shipping, import or local delivery conditions are satisfied. Shipment begins only after required payment, documents and destination instructions are complete.

Unless the final order states otherwise, public package prices exclude freight, insurance, duties, taxes, customs brokerage, local compliance and last-mile costs. MagSnap does not guarantee import-tax savings.

Application approval alone does not lock a country. A territory lock begins only after the required terms and applicable payment are verified within the offered window. Scope, duration and exclusivity require a separate approved agreement.

Partner Credit is earned from eligible official website fulfillment and applies only to a later approved MagSnap wholesale invoice. It is not cash and cannot be used before it exists or reduce an invoice below zero.

A successful Shopify deposit checkout creates a deposit order for the offer shown. It does not guarantee an exact delivery date and does not create Partner appointment, territory or exclusivity.

For Partner applicants, no application reference or automated eligibility result creates an approved appointment. The signed Partner agreement, accepted order, invoice and applicable law control if they differ from this summary.
