MagSnap's proposed limited-warranty baseline is 12 months, subject to final launch-market terms. Coverage, exclusions, proof, remedies and mandatory consumer rights must be confirmed before publication.

Partner participation is based on transparent public packages, approval, prepayment, inventory commitment, local service and written territorial terms. Public materials never disclose MagSnap factory cost, internal margin, supplier identity or internal logistics rates.

Entrants retain ownership of original submissions. By entering, they grant MagSnap a non-exclusive right to review and, when selected for public display, show the submitted entry with attribution. Any broader modification, manufacture or exclusive use requires a separate agreement unless a specific bounty states otherwise. Rewards are due only under the published card terms. Entrants are responsible for eligibility and taxes. Fraud, plagiarism, infringement and unsafe testing may be disqualified. Deadlines use the timezone shown on each card; repeat entries are allowed only when the card permits them.

Test units may be prototypes and may change or fail. Feedback may be used to improve MagSnap products. Personal data is used to administer the program and contact participants who consent. Public testing content requires the participant's separate permission. Confidentiality applies only when written NDA or test instructions explicitly require it.

Do not submit material you do not own or have permission to use. Product ideas alone do not create a partnership, license, royalty or ownership promise. Any development, licensing, manufacturing or exclusivity arrangement must be documented separately.

MagSnap is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands unless explicitly stated. Third-party products are sold separately, and compatibility varies by model and adapter.

Magnetic attachments can detach during impact, speed or extreme movement. Use the specified secondary retention method where applicable. Confirm visibility, fit and device security before activity. MagSnap eyewear is not protective safety eyewear unless a product is expressly certified and labeled as such.
