Partner Terms

Applicants must provide accurate, current and verifiable information. MagSnap uses an automated decision system to evaluate legal identity, business scale, annual revenue range, customer volume, channels, public reputation, inventory capability and local service evidence.

Automated review may approve, reject, pause or request additional evidence. Applicants may submit corrections when source information is inaccurate or outdated. False, misleading or unverifiable information may end eligibility.

First-come priority uses the authoritative server received time and applies only among qualified applicants. Submitting a form or receiving a reference does not reserve a country.

The first qualified applicant may receive a time-limited payment offer. Primary Partner status begins only after required terms and payment are verified. Territorial rights, scope and exclusivity exist only if stated in a separate approved agreement.

The configured package contains 100 MagSnap Complete Kits and a Retail Parts Pack. Public reference retail value is US$26,485. The Retail Parts Pack is business inventory, not a free gift. Final contents, availability, freight, tax and delivery basis are stated in the accepted order document.

Partners commit early, hold local inventory and serve customers in their market. Partners are responsible for compliant storage, local fulfillment, tracking submission, basic support and agreed after-sales handling. Inventory advantage comes with normal unsold-inventory and operating risk.

Partners must keep inventory information accurate. MagSnap may stop assignment when available stock or service performance is insufficient.

Eligible orders may be assigned by delivery country only when sufficient Partner inventory is available. The Partner must ship the correct goods, meet the agreed handling standard, upload valid tracking and update fulfillment status.

When local stock is unavailable, MagSnap may use central fulfillment, another approved location or manual review. No Partner is guaranteed a volume of official website orders.

US$10 Partner Credit may be earned for each MagSnap Complete Kit successfully fulfilled from an assigned official website order after all eligibility conditions are met.

Partner Credit is not cash, withdrawable, transferable, a shipping reimbursement or a commission. It may only reduce a future approved MagSnap wholesale invoice, never below zero. Unused balance remains available. Cancelled orders, confirmed fulfillment errors and failed handling standards do not earn Credit. A complete transaction history is retained.

Partners must comply with applicable consumer, product, tax, import, privacy and advertising laws. Standard customer rights are not removed by Panda Master registration or Partner procedures. Quality cases use proof-based review and replacement where applicable.

MagSnap names, creative assets and product claims may be used only as authorized. Partners must not claim unverified certification, exclusivity, guaranteed delivery or official endorsement by DJI, Insta360, Apple or another third party.

Automated performance review may consider stock accuracy, handling speed, tracking quality, fulfillment errors, customer service and replenishment. MagSnap may pause assignments, decline renewal or end status according to the final agreement. Outstanding customer and data obligations survive as required.
